Each Lab needs a mix of founders, mentors, and funders. Whether you are a founder who may want to experience a Redemptive Lab, a funder interested in supporting, or an experienced organizational leader interested in mentoring, we’d love to hear from you. We look for people who are:

• Aiming to embody the gospel through a redemptive venture

• Humble and teachable, with a passion for excellence

• Seeking an accountable community to grow together in faith and supporting one another’s ventures

  
  Redemptive Labs are designed founders who are lead decision makers for a business, nonprofit, or church that are:

• Early-stage, ideally within the first 5 years of operations 

• Post-hunch, actively pursuing traction and growth in what they are building

• Designing an innovative, scalable model in their sector
